Today at the lake, 20.1.2016.

Today at the lake it was brilliant sunshine and we had a full house at the Lake Cafe breakfast club, with Pork pie and a nice iced cake as it was Barry's birthday, had to keep it out of sight though or the Cafe staff would take a dim view of eating our own food, after all if everyone did it the Cafe would close and there's nothing sadder than a boarded up Cafe is there!.

After a chat putting the world to rights and a good laugh we all went our various ways, some shopping others ironing and me and the hound round the park with the Bridge camera today, after missing the Cormorants on Thursday!.

Today were in luck sighting a few pair of Goosander's!, they must just be passing though and stopped for a rest and a snack, remember them doing it last year for a couple of days.

So although it was quite cool out of the sun, we've seen worse days in the Summer here! good day out and Pepe enjoyed it too I'm sure.
